Ira was great! His communication was good, arrived on time. He took the feedback I had from a local chain car shop but did his own assessment and showed me how the shop got it wrong and I didn't need one of the big expensive repairs. He did the one remain repair, and pointed out that my brake pads were worn so added on the job to replace those. Ira was professional, knowledgable, and was vested in making sure I got the most for my money. The job site was clean when he left. I will definitely look to use him in the future for more car maintenance or repair.

Daniel quickly assessed my problem; it was my battery. Seeing that I had purchased a new battery from my Nissan dealership in 2018, I thought the battery would last at least 3 years so I didn't think that was my problem. Daniel pointed out the date of the battery to me , 7/16, which was the cause of my problem. He jumped the battery and recommended AutoZone because they will install the new battery which is what I did. Let me say this, Daniels made my experience with your company a pleasant one; so I will be sending more customers (most likely ladies) your way from my referrals. I must admit I was upset with myself because I have AAA and did not call them because I thought it was the starter only because of the month and year I purchased my battery from Nissan, 8/2018.
