2009 Nissan Cube 18,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I had an appointment with Ben for oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was at 3 pm but Ben arrived a couple hours later because he was stuck at his previous appointment. However, Ben did a great job and he dint rush through the service even though it was at the fag end of the day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he had done and also answer some of my questions. I'd definitely recommend Ben. My only dissatisfaction would be that no one called to notify me that Ben would be arriving late. I had to call YourMechanic half hour past my appointment time and ask them.

I am very impressed and very pleased with Luis' work. He did a great job and got my car rolling again. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to patiently explain everything that went wrong with the old parts, and informed us about upcoming maintenance we may need to attend to. I would definitely recommend him for your auto servicing needs. Thank you.

Raymond arrived on time, was very professional and showed confidence in his work (and why wouldn't he with all the years of experience). His confidence, knowledge and unique sense of humor made me comfortable when asking questions and he patiently answered them all. Although this was only a diagnostic I will be sure to request Raymond when I reschedule to have the work done.
