2011 Nissan Armada 138,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I had an appointment with Ben for oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was at 3 pm but Ben arrived a couple hours later because he was stuck at his previous appointment. However, Ben did a great job and he dint rush through the service even though it was at the fag end of the day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he had done and also answer some of my questions. I'd definitely recommend Ben. My only dissatisfaction would be that no one called to notify me that Ben would be arriving late. I had to call YourMechanic half hour past my appointment time and ask them.

On time, professional, courteous and didn't recommend anything I didn't NEED. He was fast and efficient! I've already set up another appointment with him to replace my air filter. THANKS!!

Great guy. Was hear before the appt time and gave great advice on what was done and other things for the future.
