2011 Nissan Armada 146,250 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I had an appointment with Ben for oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was at 3 pm but Ben arrived a couple hours later because he was stuck at his previous appointment. However, Ben did a great job and he dint rush through the service even though it was at the fag end of the day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he had done and also answer some of my questions. I'd definitely recommend Ben. My only dissatisfaction would be that no one called to notify me that Ben would be arriving late. I had to call YourMechanic half hour past my appointment time and ask them.

Even though it was raining pretty heavy, Theodore was professional and friendly and did a good and thorough job of taking care of my car. So quick and convenient - highly recommend!

It's too bad there isn't a "Fantastic" option! Fernando was a little early, which was fine because I was ready. He got straight to work and got the job completed pretty quickly!! I do not know which made me feel better, my car running or the service I got from Fernando!! If I can choose my mechanic for future jobs, I would absolutely choose him!!
