1996 Nissan Altima 97,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I had Michael install a new crankshaft position sensor on my car. The next day, same issue started up again. I reached out to Yourmechanic and they honored their commitment of their warranty. My mechanic Michael returned the next day, ran a diagnostics and the computer errors and forwarded it to corporate. They phoned the next day and scheduled my mechanic to replace a faulty part. The car has been working fine now that a replacement part. I want to thank Michael for his professionalism and for knowing what was required to fix the issue. He was able to fix it in a short time frame and it was no charge with the 12,000/12 month warranty! I will continue using Michael for future car repairs. I just booked a new car with a new issue for this week. Unfortunately, Michael was unavailable, but am certain yourmechanic will send another amazing mechanic. LOVE the convenience of having the repair done at home. No more waiting to get the car in the dealership, wait in their waiting area for hours, or having to arrange pick up and drop off. I can wait at my own home as the repair is being done and complete my tasks at home at my convenience. Thank you !!

Duane came early. I was wrong about the part that needed replaced and he was nice enough to get the correct one and still install it. Very fast and friendly. I would recommend him.
