2018 Nissan Altima 90,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Michael arrived on time. I loved that. He communicated with me during his visit. Michael said he could hear noise in the water pump. I didn't understand how he could hear noises when he had not yet installed the new belt and started the vehicle. While I realize that selling other recommended services is part of what you do, that was concerning to me. I told Michael that my mom was not going to pay for additional work. I asked him to just replace the serpentine belt, and we would get recommendations or second opinion about his other concerns. According to my mom Michael came to her and told her I said it was up to her whether she wanted to pay for the other services. That was absolutely untrue. Thank God that my mom's neighborhood was there and reiterated that Michael just install the new belt. I feel like he tried to deceive my elderly mom.

He is very professional, and I recommend him to anyone. Attilas is a very hard worker and I am grateful he was able to come out on a Saturday, to fix my car. Thank You and God Bless!!
