1997 Nissan Altima 71,200 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I had an appointment with Ben for oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was at 3 pm but Ben arrived a couple hours later because he was stuck at his previous appointment. However, Ben did a great job and he dint rush through the service even though it was at the fag end of the day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he had done and also answer some of my questions. I'd definitely recommend Ben. My only dissatisfaction would be that no one called to notify me that Ben would be arriving late. I had to call YourMechanic half hour past my appointment time and ask them.

Best experience with a mechanic ever. No problem whatsoever. The steering is so much better, and the engin sounds like brand new. It was joy driving back. Thank you Peter.

Truly an amazing guy along with great customer service which made me very pleased by his professionalism and not to mention he’s excellent at his craft. Arturo is a very good mechanic with Plenty of knowledge. The repair had been truly a great experience.
