1997 Nissan Altima 56,200 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I had an appointment with Ben for oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was at 3 pm but Ben arrived a couple hours later because he was stuck at his previous appointment. However, Ben did a great job and he dint rush through the service even though it was at the fag end of the day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he had done and also answer some of my questions. I'd definitely recommend Ben. My only dissatisfaction would be that no one called to notify me that Ben would be arriving late. I had to call YourMechanic half hour past my appointment time and ask them.

James was great! Turns out, he grew up not far from my old hometown. He spent an appropriate amount of time determining the problem with a diagnostic scan, checked voltage to the faulty part, located a vendor with the replacement part in stock and provided a great quote to install the part. While under the hood, he noticed another problem that I knew needed to be addressed and he gave me a very reasonable quote to fix that as well. I approved both quotes and scheduled both repairs for the next available time that was convenient for me.

Bill did an amazing job! He was thorough, communicative, & very friendly. He also worked on my car in the snow and got it done in a timely manner! Bill gets 5 stars from me!!!
