I was skeptical about using Your Mechanic Mobile Services because I did not know much about it, however I took a chance. I am so glad I did, My technician was Alex and he was very polite and professional. He made me feel comfortable about my decision to contact them. It was nice to be at home and getting my car fixed. I needed my catalytic converter replaced and Alex got right to it when he showed up. Even called to let me know he was running a little late with the previous car he was working on. He also recommended I get my spark plugs changed weather with him or somewhere else. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment with them and hopefully be able to have Alex come back. I shopped around and I definitely saved money using them. I recommend checking them out. Thank you Alex !!!

Jason was right on time and he took time to listen to what I had already done, trying to solve the problem. After a brief conversation and a few checks of the electrical connections, Jason solved my problem! He got right to it and finished up under an hour!
