Chris was on time very courteous and very knowledgeable I would recommend him to anyone he changed out my sons water pump. Did a great job took his time make sure it was right and at a good price. My son is back on the road and very happy so am I .

Francisco was great. The Admin and the customer service is horrible! They wanted to charge me for more time than what it took to fix my vehicle. They decided to “quote up” and help themselves to more money. Jarred @ Your Mechanic was rude and very unhelpful. When I asked him to credit me back for time unused, he said that is the “quote department” and there quote is accurate and pretty much I am SOL. I will never use Your Mechanic again!!! I will however use this mechanic and pay him privately AND for what he is worth. These jacka**es over at Your Mechanic can suck it.
