Thoughtful, clear thinking, kind man. He worked very hard to install a new power steering hose in my 2012 Altima, which is a tough job. (that's why I had someone else do it for me) Berekteabs was on time and clearly knew what he was going. My only "complaint" is that the power steering fluid formed an enormous lake on my driveway and it was also all over the work area. I would have appreciated his laying down a tarp first. Fortunately, I'm planning to power wash my driveway soon, so no real harm done. I would have Bereketeab at my home again.

Shawn arrived early for the appointment and was extremely personable. He was very knowledgeable when explaining to me what could be the issue with my car. He explained the issue that he found in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was awesome!
