2008 Mitsubishi Outlander 33,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I filled up my car with gas right before heading out of town (with a rental car) for a week. I came back and my car would not start. I could not figure it out. What I was thinking was going to be an $800+ fix for a starter ended up being such a quick, easy, and affordable fix! The car had been gaswashed, and the only way Andrew could figure this out and fix it was because he KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! Thank you Andrew for being knowledgeable and amazing!

He accommodated my request for an earlier appt he talked me through the process, reading computer read out to me as he went. He commented on every aspect of each point of inspection. He has humor and ease, nice and personable. He answered my questions and concerns. Put my mind at ease and did not ask for more money. Being my 1st time with this type of service. I truely expected to get an additional request for funds for something, and fearing the worst. But it was pleasant and fair. I will recommendations "my mechanic " thank you Chris!

Robert was an amazing technician who seems to know all the old school tricks. This is very important as a lot of cars nowadays overcomplicate things. He explained thoroughly that my catalytic converter could be going out but it might just be something that Mitsubishi doesn't correct for whenever the oxygen sensor is sending weird numbers etc. He looked over everything. Although he couldn't replicate the issue. (Car has to be driven around though for this) He suspects a vacuum leak which just confirms my suspicions. He also arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment. Very knowledgeable about cars and mechanical stuff in general. Would book with him again to fix other issues that I cant fix myself. I just dont have the time, tools shop or experience to fix major issues.
