John was great; he arrived on time, was flexible with the outside working space despite a windy overcast day, and was personable. I had a couple of questions regarding the car and issues I had in the past and he was knowledgable and patiently answered my questions. He arrived a few minutes ahead of the 30 minute window, was very relaxed and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly and utilized the phone rep to clarify what warrantee would be included. This was my first time using "My Mechanic", and I was lery... with visions of high pressure sales tactics mid-project, for starters. My first experience was Awesome.
