For me, the most important thing with a mechanic is that they can explain to me what's wrong in terms I can understand. I was very glad Lucas could do this. His time estimates were accurate for the work he said he needed to do, and my car is good as new! This while process went very well and was a great relief.

I enjoyed Richard. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Also broke things down to where I could understand the situation better. I definitely look forward to doing business with him again if I ever need to, and will be referring him to friends/family as well.

My truck's repair was amazingly quick and focused with no time wasted.
