2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 37,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Robert was an amazing technician who seems to know all the old school tricks. This is very important as a lot of cars nowadays overcomplicate things. He explained thoroughly that my catalytic converter could be going out but it might just be something that Mitsubishi doesn't correct for whenever the oxygen sensor is sending weird numbers etc. He looked over everything. Although he couldn't replicate the issue. (Car has to be driven around though for this) He suspects a vacuum leak which just confirms my suspicions. He also arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment. Very knowledgeable about cars and mechanical stuff in general. Would book with him again to fix other issues that I cant fix myself. I just dont have the time, tools shop or experience to fix major issues.

I cannot begin to thank Mr. Breck enough for his HONESTY. He is an awesome Mechanic. In my 63 years of life I can truly say meeting with him has been one of my most enjoyable experience in dealing with a Mechanic. I would like to emphasize the word INTEGRITY to describe Mr. Breck. I made an appointment with Your Mechanic to have an alternator and tension belts changed (that a previous mechanic told me I needed). Mr. Beck arrived on-time with a smile珞 analyzed my SUV, and in simple layman's terms explain the problem ...my what, why, when, how, questions were all answered. Chris was awesome! I had my battery die so I had it replaced. He checked around the car for any major issues and got the new battery hooked up. My car cranked up in a heartbeat! :-) Service was great, a job well done!
