Theodore was great! Showed up right to my door with all the necessary tools and parts and made the repairs in no time. Very friendly and skilled in what he does. He was happy to explain to me what the issues were as well as giving me advice about maintenance on the rest of the vehicle. Car runs great now. John arrived within the time frame that was established, and met me at a location that I designated because I was away from my residence. He was kind and humble and worked quickly at solving my problem so that I can get back with some family members who were here on vacation.

Patrick took his time inspecting my car, in a good way. He was never in a hurry and answered my questions with very detailed explanations. I felt confident with him working and inspecting my car. He even looked at other issues I was having with the car that were not related to the service being provided. He is not the type of mechanic that would only look at the other issues with a new appointment. He was very helpful. I really appreciate his work.
