There was an issue when I booked the initial appointment where it said I already had parts but I actually did not have the parts. When Lucas showed up he helped me find a solution to this problem and was very understanding, helpful and accommodating.

Theodore was great! Showed up right to my door with all the necessary tools and parts and made the repairs in no time. Very friendly and skilled in what he does. He was happy to explain to me what the issues were as well as giving me advice about maintenance on the rest of the vehicle. Car runs great now. He arrived a few minutes ahead of the 30 minute window, was very relaxed and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly and utilized the phone rep to clarify what warrantee would be included.
