2008 Mercedes-Benz S600 110,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Explained everything with me, test drove vehicle and double checked everything telling me why perhaps this occurred. Very outgoing and pleasant. Was not rushed and took his time to access the situation and listen to what I had to say about my brakes prior to having the pads and rotors replaced. Respected my views as I have owned these types of cars for over 30 years and not entirely ignorant to the workings of a Mercedes.

Andrew did a great job getting my Mercedes back up and running again with a new battery (and I also added in an oil change, which the car needed). He was friendly and knowledgeable about German autos; that will come in handy in the future, as we have had only Mercedes and Audis for many years and it's difficult to find a good mechanic whom you can trust to take good care of your car and get the job done quickly and well. He's definitely the one we'll call with any future repair needs!
