Chris was very professional and courteous. He called to inform me that he would be arriving a little late because he just finished with another customer and he was 49 minutes away which would make him 14 minutes late pass his time window of arrival. I greatly appreciated him calling me. Once here he gave me a time frame for my pre buy inspection and it was accurate.He did a thorough one and a half hour inspection on my Mercedes Benz and showed me features that I was not aware of and explained what he was finding along the way. I found him to be knowledgeable and courteous.

Travis was on time and prepared. Very helpful in describing the work that needed to be done compared to estimates from other auto repair quotes. Would definitely book him again in the future!
