Appt was between 9:45 AM - 10:15 AM. Benji reached out like a true pro and advised. He showed up and listened to what I stated. Looked and within minutes made a recommendation. While there had only been two pairs of hands that had worked on my car in the past 10 years, after understanding more of his qualifications I decided to move forward. Within minutes he had an accurate diagnosis for the repair. He was extremely thorough in that procedure and let me know what this consisted of. I'm not easy to deal with all the time because I require details and some people do not have good communication skills. This is the reason why I service my own vehicles as much as possible - zero patience for anything else. Benji has excellent communication, good interpersonal skills and showed patience.
