Andrew did a great job getting my Mercedes back up and running again with a new battery (and I also added in an oil change, which the car needed). He was friendly and knowledgeable about German autos; that will come in handy in the future, as we have had only Mercedes and Audis for many years and it's difficult to find a good mechanic whom you can trust to take good care of your car and get the job done quickly and well.
