The reading for a previous auto mechanic's scan stated P0040 - Upstream O2 sensor swapped Bank to Bank.Possible causes Crossed Heated Oxygen Sensor harness connection; Wiring swapped from one Oxygen Sensor to the other; Wiring changed at the computer connection or in the harness.This time it was P0100 - Mass Air Flow Sensor.
