Very nice guy, did great work and spent time talking about my vehicle and explaining the other diagnosis. It was great to have our SUV fixed in our driveway first thing Saturday am. Man. This was a great experience..John was on time and stayed until he figured out why my Mercedes would not operate. After the pump was replaced the vehicle operated as it was supposed to.
