2010 Mercedes-Benz CL65 AMG 130,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Peter was fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable about Mercedes. He spent a lot of time going over what the issues were with the car and what was needed. Overall we were VERY happy with the service and will be using it - and Peter - again very soon.

Appt was between 9:45 AM - 10:15 AM. Benji reached out like a true pro and advised. He showed up and listened to what I stated. Looked and within minutes made a recommendation. While there had only been two pairs of hands that had worked on my car in the past 10 years, after understanding more of his qualifications I decided to move forward. Within minutes he had an accurate diagnosis for the repair. He was extremely thorough in that procedure and let me know what this consisted of. I'm not easy to deal with all the time because I require details and some people do not have good communication skills. This is the reason why I service my own vehicles as much as possible - zero patience for anything else. Benji has excellent communication, good interpersonal skills and showed patience. I had a good experience with him and when YourMechanic adjusts my account accordingly I'll be more than happy to reach out and ask him if he wouldn't mind servicing my vehicle. This guy is good. Let's see if his team has those qualities as he stated it would a different tech to conduct the service. Though wished it would be him. He's the man! But have confidence in this man - let him diagnose the problem first ad explain it. Cheers!
