2004 Mercedes-Benz CL500 60,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ross was awesome! Called me from his cell to confirm appointment the night before. Showed up on time, even though I live deep in the woods. He showed me how to flush my brake lines, talked to me about other problems my car might have but without up-selling me on the work to be done. He performed a 1 hour job in 35 minutes, and he did it well. I have a notoriously difficult Mercedes model. Ross knew his way around it. MUCH better service than I have had at even Master Mechanics. I saved his number and WILL be booking him again. Also, I will be recommending to friends.

Very easy going and transparent service and transaction. Marco is a very able, well organized and by-the-book professional with proven skill at his craft.

Appt was between 9:45 AM - 10:15 AM. Benji reached out like a true pro and advised. He showed up and listened to what I stated. Looked and within minutes made a recommendation. While there had only been two pairs of hands that had worked on my car in the past 10 years, after understanding more of his qualifications I decided to move forward. Within minutes he had an accurate diagnosis for the repair. He was extremely thorough in that procedure and let me know what this consisted of. I'm not easy to deal with all the time because I require details and some people do not have good communication skills. This is the reason why I service my own vehicles as much as possible - zero patience for anything else. Benji has excellent communication, good interpersonal skills and showed patience. I had a good experience with him and when YourMechanic adjusts my account accordingly I'll be more than happy to reach out and ask him if he wouldn't mind servicing my vehicle. This guy is good. Let's see if his team has those qualities as he stated it would a different tech to conduct the service. Though wished it would be him. He's the man! But have confidence in this man - let him diagnose the problem first ad explain it. Cheers!
