I greatly appreciated him calling me. Once here he gave me a time frame for my pre buy inspection and it was accurate.He did a thorough one and a half hour inspection on my Mercedes Benz and showed me features that I was not aware of and explained what he was finding along the way. I found him to be knowledgeable and courteous.
