Chris did a great job overcoming a number of difficulties that were beyond his control in accessing the broken Trunk Lock Actuator. He was efficient in his work, but was extra careful in avoiding breaking plastic covering on the Trunk Hatch. Total time taken, including documentation and writeup for the work (and taking into account the difficulties encountered) was 45 minutes (Mercedes had quoted 2.5 hrs of labor to me in their estimate) and therefore a substantial savings.

Anton is a very professional and punctual mechanic. He was very transparent regarding the service. He asked questions as well explained in detail what he was doing.
