1991 Mazda Protege 25,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben called to see if he could come to the appointment early. He was nice and he installed the alternator and belts and jumped the car to get it running. I was told to leave it running for about 10 minutes to charge the battery , then I'd be good to go. I let the car run for at least 20 minutes then turned it off and it wouldn't restart. I called him and left a message but he didn't return it. I called the main number which took hours to call me back just to say that they had to call me back again. When they called back the next day, they said that Ben had informed me that I would need new battery terminals...WHAT?? He NEVER mentioned anything about the battery terminals and his report has nothing to say about the battery. He either lied to the office or neglected to tell me or put it on the report. So then they asked me if I wanted to set up an appointment to get the terminals installed....NO!! I'm not booking another appointment after that!! Are they crazy??? I'll get someone else to do the terminals and I will NEVER use YourMechanic again.

YOur Mechanic is a great car service to entrust. The mechanic that was sent out to diagnosis my car was very knowledgeable and consistent. He did a complete thorough diagnosis on the car and was not satisfied until he came to the underlying problem with the car. He also answered questions that was not related to the diagnosis. Pete was straightforward with analysis he did not cover up anything. He also gave some great advice. Thanks Pete Job Well Done.
