We have used Alex before and will continue to do so. We found out that the car repair center completely misdiagnosed my daughter's car problem. Alex diagnosed what was really wrong and fixed it right away. Alex's ONLY challenge is having to wade through Dallas' unpredictable traffic to make an appointment on time. However, having someone actually come to our house has made it incredibly easy for me to get multiple things done at a time and not worry about getting a car to and from a service center!!

Duane was great to work with. I had a tight schedule and he made time to get my car right. What was supposed to take 5 hours only took 2!! Fast, efficient and professional.

Great experience with Chuy. He was able to explain to me why my brakes wear prematurely, and no other mechanic has ever given me even a guess. He was fast, and helped me understand a little more about my car. I will request him again.
