2012 Mazda CX-9 55,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Joe knows what he is doing when it comes to cars. Joe was on time for the appointment. He installed the Clutch Master Cylinder and I have a clutch again. I can't ask for more really, plus I did not have to have my car towed anywhere. Very happy with Your Mechanic and Joe.

I wasn’t appreciative of Scott when he left from helping me. and I want to make it right with him. He found the reason my brakes had gone out, and Mazda honored the extended warranty. Without him deluge rly researching what caused my brakes to fail I might have spent hundreds of dollars, and been without a car over Christmas. I was upset I had to pay the charge to inspect my car and I was super afraid the dealership was going to fund something else to be the problem.. money just kept trickling out. So Scott, thank you for checking every possible thing on my car before you left, waiting for me to talk to Mazda so you heard what they were telling me, and for being a great mechanic that cares.

Adam arrived a little late, but it worked out because I had chores to run. He got right to work when he arrived and kept me informed of the process. He worked straight through until the job was done. A good 7 hours. He was professional, courteous and importantly he seemed to like his job fixing cars at people's houses. I'd have him back. But then again, I haven't driven the car yet...LOL!
