1995 Mazda 626 65,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I wasn’t appreciative of Scott when he left from helping me. and I want to make it right with him. He found the reason my brakes had gone out, and Mazda honored the extended warranty. Without him deluge rly researching what caused my brakes to fail I might have spent hundreds of dollars, and been without a car over Christmas. I was upset I had to pay the charge to inspect my car and I was super afraid the dealership was going to fund something else to be the problem.. money just kept trickling out. So Scott, thank you for checking every possible thing on my car before you left, waiting for me to talk to Mazda so you heard what they were telling me, and for being a great mechanic that cares.

My experience w/Michael was awesome! He showed up on time & was very professional, kind, & helpful. He answered all of my questions & got the repair done quickly but most important the repair was done correctly. He didn't do a half-ass job like mechanics I have dealt with in the past. I was quite pleased with my experience. He also informed me of concerns regarding previous work done on my car & showed me the work he had done. I felt at ease for once & didn't worry about being ripped off like past experiences. I will definitely be coming back to "Your Mechanic" for repairs in the future. I highly recommend them & Michael. Thank you sooo much! I also loved the convenience...they come to your house & the price was awesome as well.

He put voice memos in his report, which was a great help. He also said that I could call him with any questions. When I called he was very good answering my questions and providing more details. He went above what I asked for in his inspection especially looking for pet hairs in out of the way and hidden places. He also said that I could call again if I had more questions. I'm very happy with Alex!
