Scott was wonderful he was very quick to find out what was wrong and even offered to come on a weekend to fix my car. He was very courteous and even explained to my girls what he was doing with a smile

Carlos was responsive and did a great job of checking out the car we want to purchase. He was over two hours behind schedule but this was not a problem for me in this case.

He put voice memos in his report, which was a great help. He also said that I could call him with any questions. When I called he was very good answering my questions and providing more details. He went above what I asked for in his inspection especially looking for pet hairs in out of the way and hidden places. He also said that I could call again if I had more questions.
