Neither poor nor great.
Reginald was courteous.
He jacked up one side of the car
He did not run the engine for a little while to warm up the oil.
For both these reasons, the refill did not take five quarts, meaning there was a pint or two of old, dirty oil left in the sump after he "drained" it.
Also getting under a jacked-up car without additional jack stands is suicidal.
He returned the old filters (and unused oil) to me, which I like.
So he gets an "a" and you get a C- for not training him properly.
IMHO, of course.

He even happened to get here early. The guy before him, which I had to reschedule from to Patrick, had never called and I had to call. Patrick called before, arrived early because he could and got the work done. He also rotated my tires because it looked like it needed the job. Thanks Patrick.
