Patrick was great!! The hardest thing with care repairs is trusting your mechanic. Patrick gain my trust which is hard to do. I had already been mis-informed and was asking for repairs my car did not need. Patrick listened to my journey and then did his own assessment. Patrick could have easily kept the same story going, but chose to be honest with me. Due to his honesty, I save $700.00... This alone is enough said. My stress is now reduced to "Returns", who wouldn't be happy with that. I will be telling my story to anyone who will listen and all references will be for Patrick's service. Travis arrived even a little early, talked to me, looked over the vehicle, ran some scans, confirmed my wiper arm issue, delivered great news on my heat/air issues (a fuse) and had it all done in such a timely manner that I don't know if I'll ever use a shop again unless he tells me!
