Chris was personable, but was unable to take care of my problem because he did not have the needed facility, which is a tool he said is only available from the dealer. I have no idea what he did for a 50 point inspection, other than use the OBD-2 to look at what it reports. He was able to tell me the HV battery is within specs, and that the fluids were ok, which I knew
