He had good knowledge of my car model, and he shared advice about how to handle repairs going forward. Chris was meticulous when investigating some body work issues. He even remembered to look for the wheel lock. Chris is also friendly and patient, and completely helpful. He explains things clearly and concisely. I recommend him highly.
