Joseph is the only mechanic I would prefer to be working on my vehicle (vehicle's) at all. He has shown me his expertise in his auto mechanic skills, and is able to answer pretty much every question you could throw at him. I will always contact Joseph for my mechanic work. I have a Lexus hybrid, which is unlike most other hybrid systems. Because of this, I needed someone who knew about Lexus hybrid systems. Carlos did. He was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and personable. My car has 2 batteries. He went straight to the root of the problem. Carlos determined the reason everything was so wonky in my car was that one of the batteries had died. I highly recommend Carlos. I will call him again the next time I need car repairs.
