2012 Lexus LS460 45,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I was nervous about using a service like this, but Alex was awesome! He called when he was close and let me know he was making a stop for 10-15 minutes (later found out it was to grab something to eat/drink). Even so, he still arrived on-time, actually just before the scheduled start time. Did a great job understanding the issue and explaining what the symptoms I was seeing was. Replaced my alternator and drive belt quickly and spent time explaining what he saw on the inspection - which thankfully wasn't much, just some new brake pads which I knew was coming pretty soon. As for the service, quick and easy scheduling and saved a ton over the typical shop. Alex was great and will be using him again for our auto needs. Thanks Alex!

First off I want to say Dominic is a very nice guy. He showed up on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. Kept me informed on what he was going to do to the car and explained to me after the job what he had done. He did a great job, I would recommend him for any job. My car is running again, and I’m very pleased with the service. I will use him again for future repairs.

Tabitha actually called me as was available earlier than my appointment which worked well for me. She completed the work in less than an hour which was great. She check all fluids and recommended future service items.
