Robert was extremely thorough and professional in his work to diagnose and fix the emissions systems of the 1999 Lexus. I was impressed that he methodically debugged the problem to find and replace only the parts that were malfunctioning rather than a more costly approach to change everything they MIGHT be the problem. His communications related to his arrival on site and the arrival of an additional part that had to be ordered overnight was definitely appreciated. 5 Stars.

Eric is very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time, communicated well, listened and answered the questions that I had and gave my car a very thorough overall inspection. He finished the work in a timely fashion and my car is back to running smoothly.

After getting 2 cancellations from a different mechanic I was about ready to give up and take my car to the dealership. Arturo had an availability the following day and I was hesitant to book again but I did. He showed up on time and her was very friendly. He completed the service and was very informative afterwards. Recommended services in the future and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me on unnecessary services since his recommendations were reasonable.
