2018 Lexus IS300 140,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben Smith is an honest, knowledgeable Professional Mechanic!!!!!!! I have always taken my vehicles to the dealership shops for work. I tried this service for a couple of reasons, and will recommend both the service, but particularly Ben Smith to friends. Mr. Smith not identified the problem, but recommended not to replace the part "yet" and to continue operating until it fails and then replace (not critical for the safe operation.) He then worked to fix other items I had not requested, but knew they needed to be repaired. He was right on time, great attitude and was truly honest on what work needed to be done. It is so nice to be able to find a trusted mechanic, I will use him whenever I am in the need for vehicle repairs.

Eduardo showed up 5 minutes early. He let me know as soon as he pulled up to my drive way. He was very nice and professional. His maintenance van and his appearance were very clean. My driver's side car door wouldn't open from the inside. He was able to repair the door in about 15 minutes. He completed his 50 point inspection as well. It was nice for peace of mind. He was in and out in under 30 minutes. I will definitely call him again if I have any other car issues!

Miguel was excellent and very thorough. He used the right tools for the job and had an excellent, knowledgeable demeanor. My only complaint was that he was late approximately 30 minutes or so, and I had other things to do.
