Robert was extremely thorough and professional in his work to diagnose and fix the emissions systems of the 1999 Lexus. I was impressed that he methodically debugged the problem to find and replace only the parts that were malfunctioning rather than a more costly approach to change everything they MIGHT be the problem. His communications related to his arrival on site and the arrival of an additional part that had to be ordered overnight was definitely appreciated. 5 Stars.

Trung Do came to my house to change my oil. He called the day before to confirm the time I selected. He arrived early and then called me at the appointed time. He was courteous and well spoken. He did the job quickly and did it properly. I would definitely recommend him!

Ramon arrived a few minutes prior to scheduled time, which was fine, did check battery and definitely had to replace it. He did his 50-point check and was finished well in advance of hour allowed for appointment, gave me a verbal summary of his work and check findings. Gave him my thanks for his efforts.
