2004 Lexus GX470 70,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was my first time using a service such as YourMechanic.com I am very pleased with the promptness, communication and service that was provided. I will highly recommend and continue to use this service as is needed . 

Travis was great. He showed up right at appointment time, started with a diagnostic of the work I had requested. The quote for repair I got from a local shop was wrong or overstated, so he suggested a more minor repair (saving me about $400!!). He also noticed my rear brake pads needed to be changed out, which I didn’t know about — they were just about to start squeaking. So I’ll be setting up another appointment. Overall great experience and will use him again!

We appreciate Jonathan for a good work done on our car. Needed to do brakes, brake flush, change rotors and were excellent. He educated us about the brakes and why they wore done. Told us why we needed to change oil every 6 months even if the mileage on the car is not up to change oil. He took time to recommend what needed to be done on the car on a regular basis to keep it running well in the long run. We will be coming back for more services with my mechanic.com for future works thanks to Jonathan’s education info.
