2007 Lexus GX470 70,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Robert was extremely thorough and professional in his work to diagnose and fix the emissions systems of the 1999 Lexus. I was impressed that he methodically debugged the problem to find and replace only the parts that were malfunctioning rather than a more costly approach to change everything they MIGHT be the problem. His communications related to his arrival on site and the arrival of an additional part that had to be ordered overnight was definitely appreciated. 5 Stars.

I was nervous about using a service like this, but Alex was awesome! He called when he was close and let me know he was making a stop for 10-15 minutes (later found out it was to grab something to eat/drink). Even so, he still arrived on-time, actually just before the scheduled start time. Did a great job understanding the issue and explaining what the symptoms I was seeing was. Replaced my alternator and drive belt quickly and spent time explaining what he saw on the inspection - which thankfully wasn't much, just some new brake pads which I knew was coming pretty soon. As for the service, quick and easy scheduling and saved a ton over the typical shop. Alex was great and will be using him again for our auto needs. Thanks Alex!
