Theodore arrived when the time frame scheduled. He quickly got to work and although the repair took a little longer than expected (removing the alternator on the AWD model is slightly more difficult) he knocked it out. Once he was finished, he had me run it through a few tests and drive it around the block. He verbally reminded me of the 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty and noted potential upcoming service.
