2010 Lexus GS450h 145,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben Smith is an honest, knowledgeable Professional Mechanic!!!!!!! I have always taken my vehicles to the dealership shops for work. I tried this service for a couple of reasons, and will recommend both the service, but particularly Ben Smith to friends. Mr. Smith not identified the problem, but recommended not to replace the part "yet" and to continue operating until it fails and then replace (not critical for the safe operation.) He then worked to fix other items I had not requested, but knew they needed to be repaired. He was right on time, great attitude and was truly honest on what work needed to be done. It is so nice to be able to find a trusted mechanic, I will use him whenever I am in the need for vehicle repairs.

After getting 2 cancellations from a different mechanic I was about ready to give up and take my car to the dealership. Arturo had an availability the following day and I was hesitant to book again but I did. He showed up on time and her was very friendly. He completed the service and was very informative afterwards. Recommended services in the future and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me on unnecessary services since his recommendations were reasonable. Very happy with his work.
