That's the second appointment with Ben Smith. Ben is a really professional and friendly mechanic I've ever met. He arrived just on 9:00am and practiced checking and fixing orderly and cleanly with his knowledge. I believe he has 39 years of mechanic knowledge.

Alex did an excellent job on the car. He also identified an issue with our brake pads we were unaware of which would have been a more expensive problem had we waited until they created noise.

Claude was a pleasure to meet and truly made sure everything was correct before he left. He was always willing to answer numerous questions I had and never made me feel as if he was trying to sell more services than what was corrected. He made recommendations only and left it up to me as to what I felt was needed. He was right on time and appreciated his efforts.
