2015 Lexus ES350 75,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Theodore did Great work as he has always done since I started using Your mechanic. I have nothing but High praise for his professional quality of work. I do on the other have major issues with the under handed tactics of Your mechanic in trying to keep a person's money in house credited to an account instead of giving credit for services not needed or not performed back to your Credit Card account where it should be credited.!!!!! They are among the worst businesses that try to do this!!!! For this reason I will stop recommending them!!!!!

Shawn took the time to properly diagnose an issue in my car and then resolved it by replacing a correctly identified part - unlike what quite a large number of shops do "hey, let's keep replacing parts until we guess the right one". And Shawn did all of that right by garage - no need to drive to a shop and either wait there or sort out the pickup/dropoff issue. Will definitely use Shawn's services for all of my cars and will recommend him to my friends.

Very nice and knowledgeable. Was able to find the problem and recommend the repair. He was right on his diagnosis and now I'm up and running. Will definitely use this service again.
