Robert was extremely thorough and professional in his work to diagnose and fix the emissions systems of the 1999 Lexus. I was impressed that he methodically debugged the problem to find and replace only the parts that were malfunctioning rather than a more costly approach to change everything they MIGHT be the problem. His communications related to his arrival on site and the arrival of an additional part that had to be ordered overnight was definitely appreciated. 5 Stars.

Alex was very nice, and professional. He completed the work as quickly as he could, and kept me informed about what had gone wrong with my battery. The only negative that I have it that he was 3 hours late to my appointment. Other than that I would definitely use him again, and maybe try to book him at the beginning of his day instead. I have already recommended him to coworkers!

This is my first time using any kind of mobile mechanic and solely because of Jordan, I will use one again. He was professional, courteous, knew what he was doing, and also had a great personality. He is definitely my new mechanic. Thank you
