Great customer service but.... brakes are squeaky. I got my brakes done about 2-3 months ago and they were squeaking ever since, I was hoping it would go away (I know nothing about cars) & it’s gotten worse and worse.

Theodores was very punctual and he called me in advance of the appointment. He explained why he was there and started the testing of my car immediately. He politely gave me the choice to go to the drive test with hem or not. He completed the test alone and came back after 45 minutes of drive test. He had explained in detail all his findings on the car during his drive test and gave me also the recommendations. He was very professional and polite is all his approach and work he has done. Jermaine is officially Captain Clutch!! He came out and did full front and rear brake pad replacements on my vehicle on a Sunday morning in freezing weather right before it was about to rain. He even crushed the estimated repair time by about an hour. There was a little bit of a hiccup with the one of the brake rotors, but Jermaine hammered it into compliance and took care of it on the spot. I don’t have enough good things to say about Jermaine and the work that he did, he’s all world. I needed to get back on the road and he made it possible for me to do such without me having to get my vehicle towed to the dealership where I know they would have charged me an arm and a leg. Thank you Jermaine, I appreciate you! Five star service, well deserved!!
