Absolutely excellent. He arrived early and worked efficiently. My wife and I were planning a trip for later that week and wanted the car to be road-ready. Patrick found another issue and came back the same day to fix it — definitely above and beyond. He explained everything he did and why it was necessary. On his last visit Theo recommended a power steering fluid change as it needed it and to rid the sqeakes it made when you turn the wheels...turns out that wasn't the cause but Theo didn't give up and found the problem and to adjust position of a pump which the vibrations were causing the noise...Thanks Theo
